Job Description:
Are you a driven and detail-oriented individual who’s passionate about project management and wants to make a real impact in the world of digital marketing and branding? Yobrand Group is looking for a Project Management Intern to join our team and support our mission. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and ensuring the timely delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our project management team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing and branding projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives.
- Update and maintain our CRM system, keeping client information, project details, and communications organized and up to date.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential issues to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Support in quality control and ensuring that the deliverables meet our high standards of excellence.
- Prepare regular project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program (Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and project management.
- Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus.
